Kuala Lumpur, 22 January 2020 – Leading insurer AIA Bhd. continues to innovate in agency training and recruitment with the launch of its unique Elite Premier Leaders programme. The programme further extends its current recruitment ecosystem with 36 months of structured training, coaching and mentoring to fast-track and nurture future leaders in its agency force.

This comes off the back of the highly successful AIA Elite Academy, a first of its kind programme that is offered exclusively to AIA Life Planners (agents) who have successfully made the cut. The academy features a seamless syllabus that provides them best-in-class training in a community that cultivates a spirit of collaboration, professionalism and wellbeing, arming them with state-of-the-art digital tools and technology and the necessary skillsets and knowledge to excel in their career.

The newly-introduced Elite Premier Leaders takes it a step further by enabling AIA Life Planners to take on future leadership roles and establish sustainable businesses. The programme also includes a financial scheme that encourages them to recruit, build and mentor their own team of Elites.
